At Metal Carats, every piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We take great pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience.

However, if you face any issue with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a replacement request under the following policy.

Replacement Window

Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for replacement.

Replacement Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The product must be returned in original packaging with tags and invoice
  • The item should not show any signs of damage, usage, or tampering
  • Replacement requests must be approved by our support team before returning the item

No Refund Policy

Please note that Metal Carats does not offer refunds on any purchases.

We only provide product replacements in case of eligible return requests.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the product back for replacement. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking, as Metal Carats will not be responsible for items lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear images of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same item or a similar product, depending on availability.
